Beginners Course

Fitness 60

Fitness 60 is the pinnacle of 60 minutes of high intensity exercise. A range of functional routines are combined throughout workouts, including aerobic, gymnastics, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting. Get ready to get started because there is something fresh every day!

Oxygen 30

Don’t skip your workout because you don’t have time! We emphasize cardiovascular exercise, metabolic conditioning, and body mobility during our Oxygen 30 minutes sessions to keep your heart rate up. In just 30 minutes, go in, work out, and get out.

Personal Training

You can schedule personal training for you and one or two of your closest friends or schedule a one-on-one session. This is a fantastic approach for newcomers to understand the demands of training or for seasoned gym attendees to advance their fitness.
